Where are you based out of?

We are based in sunny Southern California! If you are in the area, we would love to meet in person but we also have the luxury of being able to keep 90% of our business online! Working remotely allows us to work with you on your project no matter what time zone you are in. A lot of our communication is done over the phone or via email.

How long have you been a designer for?

Stephanie has been designing websites since 2012! In 2018 she received her BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and really expanded Wolfe Creative into the graphic design space during that time. If you are looking for a Temecula graphic designer, we would love to work with you!

What is the design process like?

We start the process with a design meeting and brand questionnaire to get to know you better and learn about what you envision for your project. From there, we ask clients to give us time to create an initial design – during this time we may ask clients for content like copy, photos, etc. Once an initial design is established, we have clients review and send feedback so we can make adjustments as needed. This back and forth process continues until a final design is approved. Looking for a Temecula Graphic Designer? Contact us today!

What type of files will I receive?

Although each project requires different file types, you will receive all the files you need for web & print as well as the original design files if necessary. Logos will always include .ai files so you have the original artwork and can export in any size, color, and file type needed. Business cards and brochures will be sent as print ready PDF files. If you need any specific file types for your project, just let us know and we can get you what you need.

How can I edit my website once the project is completed?

We use the WordPress CMS to develop all of our websites. We love it because it is highly customizable but also user friendly enough for you to edit after our work is done. Every web design project includes a free one hour training session if needed so we can teach you how to edit text, add images, and make any other changes you may need. If you don’t want to be involved in editing your site you can always send us changes to make for you as well. These types of changes will be billed hourly with a one hour minimum. Hourly pricing subject to change.

What is your turnaround time?

Each project will have a custom turnaround time included in your design proposal. On average, branding projects take 3-5 weeks, website design takes 4-6 weeks, and smaller design projects like brochures take 2-3 weeks. If you have a specific deadline you need to hit, let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.

When can I expect to see the changes reflected once I send feedback?

We ask that you allow a minimum of 2 business days for all revisions. If a large number of changes are sent over, this timeframe may be bigger. We always do our best to keep you updated about how things are going and when to expect a new revision for review.

Do you do rush jobs?

Our main goal is always to create the best solution we can for your business, and good things take time. For this reason, we try our best to avoid rush jobs. That way you get the most value for your dollars spent and we get to keep our sanity. We do understand though that rush jobs or quick turnaround times are sometimes necessary to get the job done. If client requires a rushed timeline or rushed turnaround time to complete work, client may be subject to an additional rush fee. Addition of rush fee and timeline terms must be agreed upon by both client and Wolfe Creative to be valid.

How does payment work?

All projects require an initial 50% deposit and signed agreement to start work. Final deliverables will only be sent and/or websites will launch once final payment has been made in full to Wolfe Creative.

What does the pricing include/exclude?

We clearly outline all of our pricing in every quote we send to clients. For the terms of your agreement, its best to refer to your own personalized quote. For all of our projects, fee summary does not include cost to purchase any stock photography, WordPress themes, plugins, email templates, cost to run ads, 3rd party service fees, website hosting, or domain names.

How long is my quote/proposal good for?

All quotes expires 30 days from delivery date of proposal.

What happens if I never finish my project?

If project never comes to completion or client decides not to move forward with project, final payment or pro-rated amount is due to Wolfe Creative no later than 30 days after work is stopped.

Do you offer discounts?

Due to our experience and the time it takes to research, conceptualize, design and complete each project, our prices are firm. We only want to send out deliverables that are high quality and well thought out and in order to achieve that each project takes time to carefully craft a design solution that best fits the scope of the project brief. On occasion we may offer discounts for non-profit organizations or other good causes.
