about wolfe creative

Where are you based?

Wolfe Creative is based Temecula, California! While we always love the opportunity to meet with clients in person, the majority of our business is conducted remotely. This allows us to work with clients from any time zone, and we typically communicate via phone, video chat or email. So no matter where you’re located, we can collaborate on your project and bring your vision to life.

How long have you been a designer for?

Stephanie has been a designer for over a decade, with experience in website design dating back to 2012. In 2018, she received her BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and has since focused on expanding Wolfe Creative’s offerings to include a range of graphic design and marketing services. If you’re located in Temecula and in need of a talented graphic designer, we’d love to work with you!

process

What is the design process like?

After our discovery call, contract signing, and deposit, it’s time to begin work on your project! We’ll start with a design meeting and ask you to fill out a brand questionnaire to get to know you better and understand your vision for your project. From there, we’ll develop a set of initial designs and possibly mood boards to narrow down your design style, and may request additional assets such as copy, photos, logo files, etc. Once we have an initial design, we’ll ask for your feedback and make any necessary adjustments. We’ll go through up to three rounds of revisions until we have a final design that you’re happy with. If you’d like to learn more about our process, you can check out our blog post on our process for more information.

What type of files will I receive?

When you work with Wolfe Creative, you’ll receive all the files you need for web and print, as well as any original design files that are applicable to your project. Our logos always come with .ai files, so you’ll have the original artwork and can export it in any size, color, or file type you need. Business cards and brochures will be sent as print-ready PDF files, but if you have any specific file type requirements for your project, just let us know and we’ll be happy to accommodate them.

How can I edit my website once the project is completed?

At Wolfe Creative, we develop all of our websites using the user-friendly WordPress CMS. This platform is highly customizable, making it easy for us to create a unique website that meets your specific needs. And once our work is done, we offer a free one-hour training session to teach you how to make simple edits to your site, such as adding text or images. If you prefer not to be involved in the editing process, we’re also happy to make changes for you on an hourly basis (minimum of one hour). Please note that hourly pricing is subject to change.

timeline

What is your turnaround time?

The turnaround time for each project will be specified in your design proposal. As a general guideline, branding projects typically take 3-5 weeks, website design takes 4-6 weeks, and smaller design projects such as brochures typically take 2-3 weeks. If you have a specific deadline that you need to meet, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.

When can I expect to see the changes reflected once I send feedback?

For all revisions, we request a minimum of 2 business days to make the necessary changes. If a large volume of changes is requested, this timeframe may be extended. We always strive to keep you informed about the progress of your project and provide updates on when to expect the next revision for review.

Do you do rush jobs?

At Wolfe Creative, our primary objective is to provide the best possible solution for your business. We understand that good things take time and therefore aim to avoid rush jobs whenever possible. However, we do recognize that there may be situations where a rushed timeline or turnaround time is necessary to meet a client’s needs. In such cases, an additional rush fee may be applied. Any additional fees and timeline terms must be agreed upon by both the client and Wolfe Creative in order to be valid.

financial

How does payment work?

To commence work on a project, we require a 50% deposit and a signed agreement. The final deliverables will only be sent and/or websites will be launched once the final payment has been made in full to Wolfe Creative. This ensures that we are able to fully focus on your project and deliver the best possible results.

What does the pricing include/exclude?

In order to ensure that everyone is on the same page and fully understands the project scope, expectations, deliverables, and timeline, we provide clear pricing details in every quote we send to clients. For the terms of your specific agreement, please refer to your personalized quote. Please note that our fee summary does not include the cost of purchasing any stock photography, WordPress themes, plugins, email templates, running ads, third-party service fees, website hosting, or domain names. These costs may be incurred in addition to the fees outlined in the quote.

How long is my quote/proposal good for?

It is important to note that all quotes provided by Wolfe Creative expire 30 days after the delivery date of the proposal. This means that if a client does not accept the quote within 30 days, the quoted price is no longer valid and a new quote may be required. We try to be as fair and accurate as possible with our quotes, but market conditions and other factors can change over time. We recommend reviewing and accepting our quotes as soon as possible to make sure you can get the price we’ve quoted.

What happens if I never finish my project?

In the event that a project is not completed or the client decides not to move forward with the project, the final payment or pro-rated amount is due to Wolfe Creative within 30 days of work being stopped.

Do you offer discounts?

Given our experience and the time and effort required to research, conceptualize, design, and complete each project, our prices are fixed. Our goal is to deliver high-quality, well-thought-out deliverables, and this requires careful planning and attention to detail. On rare occasions, we may offer discounts for non-profit organizations or other worthy causes. However, in general, we believe that our prices accurately reflect the time and effort required to produce top-quality work.

We do understand that clients may have a specific budget in mind for their project. If this is the case, we encourage you to communicate your budget during our discovery call so that we can adjust the project scope and deliverables to find a solution that fits within your budget while still being a fair price for our services. All of our projects are flexible, and we are committed to finding a solution that works for everyone involved. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any specific budget constraints, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
